U9+ Rec teams photo day will be during the week on their practice day | Oct 16 – 19
U4-U8 Rec teams photo day will be on Saturday | Oct 21

LOCATION:
Same place as last year, in the back of the GSA complex by the tree line – look for the photo tent!

Reminders for parents to have a smooth and successful photo day…

HAVE YOUR FORM FILLED OUT AND READY TO GO ON PHOTO DAY, GET A FREE 8×10 WITH ANY PURCHASE!!!

1. Teams need to show up at least 30min before their photo time. (FANATIX will be on a schedule so if you don’t make it by the photo time, your child may not be included in the team photo)
   
2. Parents need to fill out the order form prior to arrival and have the form and payment ready to go.
3. Parents will check in at the front table if you’re buying pictures. Gather together as a team and when all players arrive, the photos can begin. (Bring at least one nice soccer ball)
4. Please use checks or have exact cash to pay for pictures.
5. Have players picture ready – tuck in shirts, have their hair done, wipe off face, etc.
6. Only coaches and players are allowed in the photographer’s photo area.
7. After your team has taken their individual and team photo, please clear the photo area for the next team.
