Fine Print
Team Check-In Procedures
Team check-in will be done online. All documents must be uploaded by Tuesday before the event. Roster will be locked at 8am the Wednesday before the event. No changes after rosters are locked.
Team Roster will be uploaded and kept on file. This should be an official roster from your team’s associations (STYSA, EDDOA, NTYSA, WDDOA, etc.) It should have correct jersey numbers, and any guest players written in and labelled as GUEST.
Medical Releases are required for all players but not uploaded. Keep with team official or team manager at the event.
Player Cards are required for all players U9 and older including guest payers or others that are not primary players on the team. (Club pass players are considered guest players).

We anticipate having multiple brackets within each age group and want every team placed appropriately.
