At GSA, we are dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all of our young athletes, families, and spectators. To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone at our facilities, the club enforces a strict NO PETS ALLOWED policy at all practices, games, and club events.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our fields safe for the kids!
While we love animals, youth sports environments can be unpredictable. This policy is in place to prevent:
To maintain a positive environment on game days, club officials (including Field Marshals and Board Members) will monitor the sidelines. If a pet is brought to the complex, we ask that you respect the following enforcement process:
A club official will politely approach you to remind you of the policy and ask you to immediately walk your pet off the premises.
If a pet remains on the premises after a reminder, a club official will firmly request that the animal be removed from the complex immediately so that the scheduled activities can continue without disruption.
Immediately after a direct request, referees and field officials have the authority to pause or suspend any match if a pet remains on the sidelines.
Uncooperative behavior or refusal to comply will result in an official incident report filed with the Board of Directors, which may lead to the forfeiture of the match and disciplinary action, up to and including the suspension of family membership privileges.
In rare cases where an individual becomes hostile, aggressive, or refuses to leave the premises, local law enforcement will be contacted to assist with trespassing and safety enforcement.
